1. Overview

At Photogifty, we create custom, personalized gifts that represent your unique stories. Because each product is made-to-order and created individually, our shipping timeline consists of two stages: Production (Handling) Time and Carrier Transit Time.

2. Processing & Production Times

Personalized products require customized graphic preparation, precision printing, and thorough quality inspection.

  • Standard Items: 3 - 5 business days
  • Peak Holiday Seasons (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas): 5 - 7 business days

Note: Production time begins the business day following order placement.

3. Transit Times & Shipping Cost

Once production is complete, your package is handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS). We offer flat-rate shipping options:

4. Order Tracking

Every shipment is fully tracked. As soon as your order leaves the production facility, we will send an email notification containing your shipping carrier and a tracking link. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking page to update after receiving the link.

5. Address Accuracy & Redirects

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct. Since we custom-print items immediately, we are unable to change or redirect shipments once production starts.

If an order is returned to us or delayed due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment fees may apply.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments outside of the United States, items may be subject to customs clearings, VAT, or import tariffs. These charges are determined by the destination government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
