1. Accepted Payment Methods

To ensure convenience and accessibility, Photogifty supports major international credit/debit card networks and digital payment processors:

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD), personal checks, or bank transfers.

2. Billing Terms

Because each item is custom made-to-order and personalized with your requested graphics, text, or photos, we process payment charges at the time you click 'Place Order' at checkout.

Production and personalization of your items will only commence once payment is successfully authorized and captured by PayPal.

3. Payment Security & Encryption

All transactions are processed through PayPal's secure checkout environment. Photogiftynever receives or stores your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials — these are handled exclusively by PayPal's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure.

  • SSL Encryption: All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted with 256-bit SSL.
  • PCI DSS Compliance: Payment processing is handled by PayPal, a globally certified PCI DSS Level 1 provider.
  • No Card Storage: We do not store any payment card details on our servers.

4. Currency & Pricing

All items listed on Photogifty are priced and charged in US Dollars (USD).

If your credit/debit card is registered in another currency, your card issuer will convert the USD amount to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate. Any foreign exchange conversion or transaction fees charged by your card issuer are the responsibility of the cardholder.

5. Sales Tax

Applicable state, local, or county sales taxes will be calculated dynamically and displayed during the checkout process based on the shipping address destination.
