Your happiness is our primary priority. Since Photogifty items are carefully designed and custom-crafted for you, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We offer a robust 30-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the date your package is marked as delivered by the postal carrier.
Our Waived Return Policy (No Shipping Back Required)
Because our items are printed with your personalized images, names, and customized details, they cannot be resold or re-stocked. Shipping personalized items back to us creates unnecessary shipping waste and logistics.
Therefore, Photogifty does not require you to ship physical items back to our warehouse. If your item is defective, wrong, or damaged, you keep the item and we will issue a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
2. Eligible Reasons for Replacement or Refund
We will happily offer a 100% free reprint or a full refund for any of the following circumstances:
- Product Defects: The item arrives with damaged seams, chips, scratches, tears, or hardware issues.
- Printing Issues: The print is noticeably misaligned, blurry, distorted, or contains incorrect coloring.
- Personalization Errors: The text printed on the custom product does not match what was submitted at checkout.
- Wrong Item Received: The wrong size, color, or completely different style was dispatched in error.
- Lost in Transit: The carrier tracking number shows no movement updates for more than 14 business days.
3. How to Submit a Claim
Filing a refund or reprint claim is simple. You do not need to sign up or mail anything.
- Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number in the subject line.
- Provide a brief description of the issue.
- Attach a clear photograph or short video demonstrating the product defect or printing error.
Our support team reviews claims Monday to Friday and will reply with a confirmation within 24 business hours. If approved, your reprint or refund is processed immediately.
4. Fees & Costs
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We never charge restocking fees).
- Return Shipping Costs: $0.00 (Since we waive the physical return requirement, you will never pay for return shipping labels).
5. Refund Processing Timelines
When a refund is approved, the funds are automatically sent back to your original PayPal payment method.
- Credit/Debit Card: 5 - 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
- PayPal Payments: 1 - 2 business days.
6. Order Modifications & Cancelations
You may cancel your order at any time before confirming your AI artwork. Simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number before you submit your final design selection.
Once you confirm your final AI artwork, production begins immediately at our printing facility and the order can no longer be modified or canceled.
